X-Stream Cams Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to human trafficking, sex trafficking, modern slavery, forced labour, coercion, exploitation and physical abuse.

The X-Stream Cams platform must not be used in any way to promote, facilitate, advertise, arrange, conceal or profit from human trafficking, sex trafficking or physical abuse.

Creators must complete the platform's required identity and age-verification procedures before being permitted to provide content.

Where another person appears in content, the creator must comply with X-Stream Cams' requirements concerning age, identity and consent records for that participant.

All participation in content must be voluntary and lawful.

Uploaded content is subject to applicable moderation and review controls before publication and may be re-reviewed following a report, complaint, compliance alert or other concern.

X-Stream Cams maintains compliance records relating to complaints, content reports, suspected or confirmed policy breaches, moderation reviews, investigations and enforcement action.

These records support an auditable compliance history, repeat-offender detection and the ability to provide appropriate information to acquiring banks, payment processors, payment networks, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where lawfully required.

Users, creators and members of the public are encouraged to report suspected human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse or other illegal content through the reporting and complaints facilities provided by X-Stream Cams.

Reports involving an immediate risk to a person's safety should also be made directly to the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority.

X-Stream Cams will assess reports in accordance with its complaints, content-removal and safeguarding procedures.

X-Stream Cams may preserve and disclose relevant records to law-enforcement authorities, regulators, acquiring banks, payment processors or payment networks where required or permitted by law and applicable compliance obligations.

The company may also cooperate with lawful investigations concerning suspected trafficking, exploitation or abuse.

A breach of this policy may result in immediate content removal, suspension or permanent termination of access to X-Stream Cams, handling of transactions where lawfully required, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

This policy is maintained as part of X-Stream Cams Ltd's controls against illegal adult content and exploitation and to support applicable payment-network and acquiring requirements.

Reports concerning suspected trafficking, exploitation, abuse or prohibited content may be submitted to the Compliance team or through the website's designated complaints/reporting process.
