Creator Content, Consent & Performer Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Agreement establishes the requirements that creators must follow when creating, uploading, publishing or broadcasting content through X-Stream Cams.

It is intended to protect creators, performers, viewers and X-Stream Cams by establishing clear requirements concerning consent, age verification, content ownership and lawful participation.

2. Creator Eligibility and Verification

Every creator must be an adult and must complete all required identity and age verification procedures before publishing or streaming content.

X-Stream Cams may require additional verification where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations or respond to safety concerns.

• Creators must provide accurate verification information.
• Creators must not use another person's identity.
• Creators must cooperate with reasonable re-verification requests.
• Creators must notify the platform of material changes affecting verification.

3. Co-Performers and Other Persons Appearing in Content

Every person appearing in creator content must be an adult and must satisfy the verification requirements applicable to performers.

A creator must not publish or broadcast content featuring another person unless the creator has obtained the necessary permission and consent and can provide appropriate evidence where requested.

4. Consent Requirements

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all participation and content creation is voluntary and consensual.

Consent must not be obtained through force, threats, coercion, deception or exploitation.

Consent to one activity does not automatically constitute consent to another activity, distribution method or use of content.

5. Performer Releases and Evidence

Where required, creators must maintain appropriate performer releases, consent records and verification documentation.

X-Stream Cams may request evidence where necessary to verify age, identity, consent or lawful rights to publish content.

6. Prohibited Content

Creators must not upload, publish, stream or otherwise distribute illegal or prohibited content.

• Any sexual content involving minors or suspected minors
• Child sexual abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content involving sexual exploitation or trafficking
• Content produced through coercion or abuse
• Content depicting sexual violence where prohibited by law
• Illegal extreme pornography
• Content that violates another person's legal rights
• Fraudulent or deceptive content

7. Content Ownership and Rights

Creators must own or have the necessary rights and permissions to publish the content they submit to X-Stream Cams.

By submitting content, the creator grants X-Stream Cams the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, transmit, moderate and otherwise provide the platform services in accordance with the Terms of Service.

8. Content Moderation

X-Stream Cams may review content and take action where content appears to violate applicable law, this Agreement or another platform policy.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include content restriction or removal, stream termination, account suspension, account termination or referral to appropriate authorities.

9. Reporting and Consent Complaints

A person who appears in content may report suspected non-consensual publication or another violation of their rights.

Reports involving consent violations, exploitation, suspected minors or other urgent safety concerns may be prioritised and may result in temporary restriction while the matter is investigated.

10. Creator Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account and verification information.
• Ensure every performer is an eligible adult.
• Obtain appropriate consent before recording or publishing content.
• Maintain required documentation and releases.
• Respect intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Follow platform moderation and safety requirements.
• Respond honestly to compliance requests.
• Report suspected illegal or unsafe activity promptly.

11. Suspension and Termination

X-Stream Cams may suspend or terminate creator access where necessary to protect users, investigate suspected violations, comply with legal obligations or enforce this Agreement.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.

12. Changes to This Agreement

X-Stream Cams may update this Agreement to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features or safety practices.

Where appropriate, creators will be notified of material changes.
