Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

X-Stream Cams is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age applicable to you, to access or use services that are restricted to adults.

We may require users and creators to complete age assurance, identity verification or other verification procedures before allowing access to certain services or features.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the platform.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You must not allow another person to use your account or attempt to access another person's account without permission.

3. Creator Accounts

Creators must complete all required verification procedures before publishing content or participating in live streaming.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions and consents for content they upload, publish or broadcast.

Creators must comply with our Creator Content, Consent & Performer Agreement and all applicable platform policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use X-Stream Cams to upload, distribute, promote or facilitate illegal or prohibited content or activity.

• Content involving minors or suspected minors
• Child sexual abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Sexual exploitation or trafficking
• Content involving coercion or abuse
• Illegal or prohibited sexual content
• Fraud, scams or payment abuse
• Account theft or unauthorised access
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour
• Attempts to evade platform safety controls

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own and submit to the platform, subject to the rights and licences necessary for X-Stream Cams to provide its services.

You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

X-Stream Cams and its branding, software, platform design and associated materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Tokens and Payments

Certain services may use X-Stream Tokens or other platform credits. Use of Tokens is subject to the applicable X-Stream Tokens Policy.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Additional terms imposed by those providers may apply.

You must not use fraudulent payment methods, engage in chargeback abuse or otherwise attempt to circumvent payment controls.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove or disable access to content, accounts or features where we reasonably believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, applicable law or our platform policies.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement action may include warnings, content removal, restrictions, suspension, demonetisation, stream termination or permanent account termination.

8. Reporting Illegal or Prohibited Content

Users can report suspected illegal content, safety concerns, consent violations and other prohibited activity through our reporting and complaints process.

9. Privacy

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, investigate suspected abuse or enforce our Terms and policies.

You may stop using the platform at any time and may close your account where the applicable account functionality permits.

11. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend or modify services for maintenance, security, technical reasons or other operational requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, X-Stream Cams Ltd will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from misuse of the platform by users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, safety standards or operational practices.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to X-Stream Cams Ltd and its users, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.
