X-Stream Tokens Policy

1. What Are X-Stream Tokens?

X-Stream Tokens are platform credits that may be used for eligible interactions, features or services offered through X-Stream Cams.

Tokens are not a bank account, deposit, cryptocurrency or independent monetary currency. They have no cash value outside the platform except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Purchasing Tokens

Users may purchase Tokens through payment methods made available by X-Stream Cams or its authorised payment providers.

The price and number of Tokens provided will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3. Use of Tokens

Tokens may only be used for legitimate purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service and other applicable platform policies.

• Tokens may be used only within eligible X-Stream Cams services.
• Tokens must not be transferred or sold outside authorised platform features.
• Users must not attempt to manipulate, duplicate or fraudulently obtain Tokens.
• Tokens must not be used to facilitate illegal activity.

4. Creator Earnings

Where Tokens are used in connection with creator services, eligible creators may receive earnings in accordance with the applicable creator payout arrangements.

Creator earnings, payout rates, minimum thresholds and payment procedures may be subject to separate creator terms and applicable payment-provider requirements.

5. Refunds

Token purchases are generally subject to the applicable purchase terms and consumer rights.

Where Tokens have already been used, consumed or transferred through eligible platform services, a refund may not be available except where required by applicable law or where X-Stream Cams voluntarily provides one.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Abuse

Users must not initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, payment reversals or payment disputes in circumstances where the transaction was authorised and valid.

Suspected payment abuse may result in account restrictions, suspension, termination or other appropriate action.

7. Token Balance and Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and protecting their login credentials.

If you believe that your account or Token balance has been compromised, contact support promptly so that appropriate security measures can be considered.

8. Expiration and Account Closure

Token balances may be affected by account closure, termination, fraud investigations or other enforcement actions, subject to applicable law.

Where the law requires a particular treatment of unused balances, X-Stream Cams will comply with those requirements.

9. Changes to the Token System

X-Stream Cams may modify Token packages, pricing, eligible uses or related features where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the platform.

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate and required by applicable law.

10. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

We may investigate suspicious Token activity and take appropriate action where we identify fraud, abuse or attempts to circumvent platform controls.

• Creating fraudulent transactions
• Using stolen payment credentials
• Manipulating Token balances
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Using automated systems to abuse Token functionality
• Attempting to bypass account or payment restrictions
